Creative Play Magazine has featured our Doodle Dog kit in the "What's Hot" section of the June issue.

Doodle Dog has been selling very well this summer. A Doodle Dog autographed by a child's camp friends makes a lasting keepsake.

Design Your Own Pet Bowl

Here is a new kit!

Our Design Your Own Pet Bowl is a ceramic pet dish that is coated with a special white glaze that allows the included ceramic markers to adhere permanently to the bowl.

The kit includes a set of 6 non-toxic ceramic markers. The bowl holds approximately 3 cups of dry food (it could also be used for people snacks).

This is a really fun project for kids or adults. It is aged 8 and up and we will be shipping them in April.

Make Shrink Art Jewelry and Tags for Your Pet and You Too

This kit allows you to create shrink art jewelry that any pooch would be proud to wear (and while you’re at it why not make a coordinating piece for yourself). Includes enough material to make more than 20 charms and tags. The kit also includes alphabet beads to further personalize, cord, ribbon, and “s” hooks to hang ID or charms from a collar, and even a hole punch.

It's Easy and fun; draw or trace your design onto the special shrink film, color it in, cut it out,
punch a hole, then bake in a 250° oven for 3-5 minutes.

New York Gift Fair

We returned last week from the New York Gift Fair. If you were at the show we hope you had a chance to stop by and say hello. It was nice to see some of our customer in person and hear how our line is selling (very well, thank you). It was also great to meet new customers. If you placed an order with us ...Thank You! All of our products are currently in stock and shipping.

Our next trade show is Super Zoo in Las Vegas, Sept. 9th -11th, booth #2359. This is a fun show and it is our second time attending. Many of the exhibitors bring their dogs with them. As much as we'd like to I don't think it would be a good idea for us to bring Snowball and Luther (it's too long a flight from Cleveland and I'm not so sure Luther and Snowball would exhibit proper show etiquette (ie. not drooling on customers and barking at other dogs).

These are some examples of Pet Ornaments that we made.

Here is our new Picture you Pet - Pet Ornaments kit. It will be shipping very soon. We've already written a lot of orders for this kit and expect it to be a big hit for us. The kit contains 4 paper-mache shapes (a star, rectangle, square and circle), lots of colorful and shiny decorating materials (paint, brush, glitter glue, gem stones, gloss varnish, alphabet stickers). Just add your own photos and creativity.

It is a very fun project and creates 4 special ornaments (both sides can be decorated). They can be given as gifts, used as seasonal decorations or proudly displayed any time.

This kit includes all the materials needed (except for photos) to create a one of a kind memory frame. The high quality white, wood frame has a glass window, magnetic closure and an easel back to display horizontally or vertically. The frame is just under two inches deep to hold precious mementos (like dog tags, award ribbons or puppy teeth) and one or two special photos.

Everything needed to turn the frame into a one of a kind personalized work of art is included in the kit: paint, a paint brush, alphabet stickers, push pins to secure dimensional objects, glue and wood heart and star shapes.

It includes a high quality fabric covered scrapbook, markers, scalloped edged scissors, stickers, glue stick, double sided tape, lots of colored papers and fill in the blank pages to tell the story of your dog. All the child has to add is their own photos and creativity.

We are proud to announce that the National Parenting Council has awarded My Dog Scrapbook with a 2008 Seal of Approval. It may not be the Nobel Peace Prize, but it’s a start and it’s also our first award. Our tails are wagging and held high with pride.
